Server Log Files
When you visit our website, the provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection of this data relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website. For this, server log files must be captured.
Contact Form and Inquiries
If you send us inquiries via the contact form or email, your details from the inquiry form or email, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Processing relies on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided your request relates to fulfilling a contract.

- Right to Info: You have the right to request information about your stored personal data at any time.
- Right to Rectification: You can request the correction of incorrect or incomplete data.

- Right to Restrict Processing: You can request that we restrict the processing of your data.
- Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive the data you provided in a structured, common, machine-readable format.
If you've given us consent to process your data, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise any of these rights, simply email us at hello@ps-code.de.
5. Data Protection Officer
As a small enterprise under §38 BDSG (fewer than 20 employees regularly engaged in automated personal-data processing, no large-scale processing of special-category data, no profiling under Art. 35 GDPR), we are not legally required to designate an external Data Protection Officer.
For all questions regarding data protection, the processing of your personal data, or to exercise your rights under the GDPR (information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection), please contact the controller named in Section 2 directly at hello@ps-code.de.
